The blue sandstone issue.
There's plenty of conflicting 'information' about this stone (or is it a stone?!) on the net. Obviously there is such a thing as natural sandstone and it can exist in shades of blue. However, the 'gemstone' referred to as blue sandstone is not the natural sedimentary rock but a man-made glass which is given its sparkliness by copper being added to the glass.
